Sinetuss syrup contains a high proportion of active extracts of a vegetable origin from marshmallow root, poppy flower, black elderberry flower and sundew stem. Marshmallow, poppy and sundew have a soothing effect on the breathing passages in case of irritation. The effectiveness of slime does not depend on the pharmaceutical but physical-mechanical characteristics. The soothing effect is further strengthened by the presence of anise and peppermint essential oils. Ammonium chloride increases the production of bronchial secretions and also helps to soothe the irritated membrane of the breathing passages.

Taking the composition into consideration, we only recommend using the syrup during a dry rhinitis.
Any cloudiness is caused by the high proportion of plant extracts and does not reduce the quality of the product.
